Happy New Year!

Hi Reader,

I hope you are well and had a restful winter holiday. Mine was wet and windy at times, but great to be out in nature!

I'm not really someone for new years resolutions, but I do like to set intentions. This year one of my intentions is to support more yoga teachers than ever before.

One of the things that I miss most about being a class teacher, is the community of the staff room. This is something that I hope to create for kids yoga teachers because it can be pretty bloody lonely at times!

So, expect to see more from me. More resources, training and support that is either free or low cost. I believe in collaboration over competition and I aim to support others to feel confident and at ease teaching children yoga and changing the world!

With this in mind, I've had quite a few people ask about how I use props recently, so I thought it would be helpful to share some tips.

Do you want to be a pro with props?

Check out my Top Ten Tips for using props in your kids yoga lesson:

Here's the blog about it.

If you prefer video, you can watch that here (or listen along while you make your tea- anyone else do that?)

Why not get the freebie; 'Top of the Props' (love the cheesy title!) This is my 10 favourite props and different ways you can use them.

If you'd like to know more about using props with confidence in your kids yoga lessons, check out this training.

I hope that you find these resources helpful. Hit reply to let me know what you would like some resources on.

x
